The goal of this program is to offer human resources consultation and executive, management and physician recruitment services to our members for a considerably reduced fee. Recent searches have included General Surgery, V.P. of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, V. P. Ancillary Support, Regional Manager for Plan Engineering and Facilities, Internal Medicine Physicians and Family Practice Physicians.

We provide Physician Recruitment and Executive & Management Search services to our members and clients on either a retained or contingency basis. We excel in identifying candidates that meet your criteria and that will fit in with your organizational culture. Our list of successful executive searches is extensive and includes CEO, CFO, Nurse Executive and numerous management level positions. Our physician recruitment success includes placements in primary care medicine and most specialties. We have proven success in placing physicians in hospital employed positions or clinic based settings.

Anne Folger, Vice President, Recruitment and HR Services
Ms. Folger comes to Health Future with over 20 years human resources experience. She has worked in the retail industry, semiconductor industry and has spent many valuable years in the healthcare field. Her most recent position, prior to Health Future, was as the Director of Human Resources with Mercy Healthcare Arizona. Mercy Healthcare is one of 48 hospitals within the Catholic Healthcare West System. Anne, along with 20 plus other staff members, had responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee relations for 3600 employees. She served on the leadership and strategic planning task forces for Catholic Healthcare West.

Ms. Folger is a graduate of Santa Clara University in California where she received a degree in Liberal Arts with emphasis on Business and Gerontology.
