Chris Chang-Howitz -- Chief Executive Officer
Chris received her M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
With more than 25 years of management experience across financial, manufacturing and healthcare industries, Chris has gained expertise in operations, strategic planning, and financial management. Prior to joining Heath Future, Chris spent nine years as a Senior Vice President at Newkirk Products Inc. She also spent sixteen years in the Chief Financial Officer and other senior executive positions with various companies, including Benova, Inc, Brudi, Inc., and Bank of America.

Anne Folger -- Vice President of Recruitment Services
Anne received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Santa Clara.
She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and currently focuses her efforts on Physician and Executive Recruitment for hospitals in the Pacific Northwest. She recently received the National Association of Physician Recruiter's President's Award and remains an active Board Member with the Association.

Denise Ernst PhD -- Vice President of Health Management Services (HMS)
Denise has a B.S. from University of Nevada Reno, a M.A. from Lewis and Clark College, and a M.S. and PhD. In psychology from University of New Mexico.
Current responsibilities include oversight of HMS wellness programming which includes a health risk assessment and health coaching. She is involved in research and development of new products and evaluation of current programs. Denise is an expert in motivational interviewing which is the model upon which HMS programming is based. She provides consultation and training to a wide variety of clients including health care organizations, universities, research organizations, and people in clinical practice.
David Forehand -- Director of Information Technology
David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Science from Southern Oregon University.
David is an innovative and strategically focused IT leader with over 16 years of industry experience. Responsibilities include researching emerging technologies, business-line reporting, business process development and improvement, website design and development, data warehousing design and development and maintaining computer and telephone system infrastructure.
