Recent searches have included General Surgery, V.P. of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, V. P. Ancillary Support, Regional Manager for Plan Engineering and Facilities, Internal Medicine Physicians and Family Practice Physicians. In addition to our recruitment efforts, we provide Human Resources consultation in areas of program development, policy and procedure development, compensation evaluation and salary survey assistance. Anne Folger, Vice President, Recruitment and HR Services Ms. Folger comes to Health Future with over 20 years human resources experience. She has worked in the retail industry, semiconductor industry and has spent the last six years in the healthcare field. Her most recent position, prior to Health Future, was as the Director of Human Resources with Mercy Healthcare Arizona. Mercy Healthcare is one of 48 hospitals within the Catholic Healthcare West System. Anne, along with 20 plus other staff members, had responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee relations for 3600 employees. She served on the leadership and strategic planning task forces for Catholic Healthcare West.
